The site is set within 25 acres of unspoilt countryside with panoramic views up the Coquet Valley, nestled within a conservation area on the edge of the Coquetdale National Park. Our static holiday homes represent a lifestyle change for those looking to escape to the country and own their dream static Holiday Home. The site its-self is a private caravan park exclusively for residents only. All of our residential holiday homes are privately owned, sub-letting is not permitted at any time. We are NOT a residential park, NO RESIDENTS live on the site. The season runs from mid March through to early November each year. For new or nearly new Holiday Home sales please call the office to arrange an appointment or visit the site 7 days a week (9am - 5pm, evening viewing appointments can be arranged). Our holiday homes are designed to cater for all families and couples regardless of budget.
