We strive to ensure that all visitors can enjoy the facilities and surroundings within our family owned and managed Holiday Park.
Our aim is to help in anyway that we can and if you require any assistance during your stay or whilst planning your visit we will be delighted to assist.
Our current facilities and services offered are:
We offer for sale new and approved used privately owned static caravans with luxury package deals.
We do not cater for tents, motor homes or touring caravans.
Local transport is very limited but there is a bus service from Newcastle through Morpeth to Rothbury.
By special arrangement we can meet guests in Rothbury or provide the local taxi numbers.
Brochures and information packs can be provided in print or electronically by prior arrangement along with a copy of this access statement if required.

We are located approx. ½ mile South West of Rothbury overlooking the Golf Course.
The Reception area has a large four visitor parking bays immediately on your right at the parks entrance and there is a visitors tarmac car park 20m past reception on your left when you drive in.
There are 3 designated parking bays for visitors with a disability. All bays are 4 metres wide and allow for rear access to vehicles.
Once registered at reception guests have to access the park via a barrier which is operated via private card reader.
All facilities are clearly signposted with signs at each junction point.
Access to reception is directly from the visitorβs car park (both are at the front before the barrier)
Accessible parking bays are outside reception for use whilst in reception
There is a level pavement to the entrance
The doors are 950mm wide
There is ample room within for a large wheelchair to manoeuvre and turn
Low level desk & counter are provided in reception with under space (85cm wide, 55cm deep and 75cm high)
Tarmac roads service all parts of the park and speed ramps are placed every 50 metres.
The park is situated on the side of the Coquet Valley overlooking the golf course in Rothbury with panoramic views up the Coquet Valley, across to Cragside House and Gardens and up towards the Simonside Hills.

The park has one toilet block, which is located next to the visitors car park near to the entrance to the park.
There are visitors toilet facilities in the reception.
15 visitors parking bays are provided outside the toilet block, all are 3 metres wide
There are no restaurants, dining rooms, bars, lounges, take aways or cafes on the park.

There is no iron but we do offer an ironing board, which is adjustable

There is no shop on the park. The local village has a number of grocery shops and supermarkets

The surface of the play area is grass with safety industry standard cushion fall integrated under play equipment

Static caravans/holiday homes have private full length decking with steps (easily changeable into access ramps if required)
Each comprise of between 2 & 3 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8 guests, shower/bath room, lounge & kitchen Premier pitches have their own parking spaces and small area of grounds around them.

The park is large and spacious, set in 35 acres, nestled in a conservation area on the edge of the Coquetdale National Park; the distance from the main entrance to the path to the local village is approx. ½ mile
Hedgerows divide the park into small discrete areas
Mobile telephone coverage is excellent in this area and a public telephone is provided
There is a local bus service in the village of Rothbury, which is approx. ½ mile from the park entrance and local accessible taxis service the park
We are introducing a new piped gas network to the entire caravan park along with a full Wi-Fi wireless internet network.
A new Owners Information Centre along with various sporting facilities including tennis courts, fiveβa-side football and additional playground equipment is planned for future seasons.
Although we have tried to be as accurate as possible and include as much detail as we can in this statement, we are always willing to give information on any aspect of the park.
